Select members of the Hyatt Gold Passport loyalty program can go directly to their room using an iPhone as their room key. There s no need to check-in at the front desk, no need to wait in lines in short, there s nothing standing between our guests and the comforts of their guest room. At participating hotels, guests who are invited into the Hyatt Mobile Entry program will: 1) Sign into the App with personal Hyatt Gold Passport account to register 2) Request check-in prior to expected arrival time 3) Have the best available room personally selected before arrival 4) Receive updated status of room preparation 5) Receive a digital key and room number via the iPhone App. Hyatt plans to expand the program to other hotels to meet customer demand.
